G-STAR RAW SCOTTSDALE

This G-Star RAW Store is the first of it’s kind in the Southwest. This G-Star store is brought to Arizona by the owners of the HUB. The Hub was the first to introduce the G-Star brand to Arizona. The grand openings was on Friday 16th November. The grand opening event had a fashion show of the new G-Star RAW Fall 2010 line, complimentary eats from Sushi Roku, as well as live music and entertainment.

From its conception in 1989, the G-Star RAW brand has been known for its innovative, cutting-edge style in the world of denim. By pushing the boundaries through continuous experimentation and product development, G-Star RAW has garnered a large following worldwide.

Its very interesting to see how fashion trends in AZ are changing faster than anywhere else in the country. But for the HUB, they have always stayed true to their selections and styles. This G-star store is going to be another of their success. Congratulations, to the HUB teams.

SelfEdgeLosAngeles officially opened its doors for business on September 1st and with it

comes the first official look courtesy of INVENTORY. Joining the original San Francisco and the New York locations,

the Self Edge Los Angeles space is set over two floors with large windows offering sunlight. Some of previous

elements of the other stores are carried over including the build-outs and general aesthetics.

A renovation of APC Daikanyama Homme store

A.P.C. recenty renovated their Daikanyama Homme store in Japan and to do so they worked with famed Japanese architects from Wonderwall. Wonderwall has worked on many high profile projects, from most Bape stores around the globe to the recent Uniqo Flagship Store in NYC and many others.
Once again the architect perfectly translated the brands feel and image into the store. The mix of glass, concrete and warm woods, along with the contrasting industrial steel tubes turned out to be a great space.
Other A.P.C. stores around the globe have a different feel though. The NYC, Paris and Berlin flagship stores all have used wooden floors, antique wood applications, overall straight lines. The new Daikanyama store certainly seems more modern than the rest of them. Let’s see if we will see that also in future stores.
